New IGN: @7263cameron Users Involved in this Contract: @Spangler17 General Purpose of Contract: @7263cameron will loan $35,000 to @Spangler17 for the term of 4 weeks, week one will start 09/18/2016 and end on 09/24/2016. First weekly payment will be due 9/24/2016 and consecutively every 7 days. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I,@7263cameron agree to send 35,000 eco dollar to @Spangler17 within 24 hours after the contract is approved. I 7263cameron agree to provide a trade sign in the town of webster to receive payment when not on line, all payments will be via trade sign. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Spangler17 agrees to pay a minimum of 10k per week @Spangler17 will pay a total of $45,000 ecd by the end of the 4 week term unless loan is paid in 7 days or less than payment will be total of $40,000 ecd. @Spangler17 will pay an additional late fee of $10,000 ecd if if the loan exceeds the 4 week due date. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Hello @7263cameron , before I can approve this contract there are just a couple changes that should be made: First, please provide the location of the trade sign that is being used to collect payment. Specify whether @Spangler17 should pay you via the /pay command while you are in game or if they should use the trade sign. Specify whether the 4 week period for payment starts on 9/18/2016 or at the time that the first payment is received. @Spangler17 , you will have to re-agree to the contract after changes are made.

@7263cameron please clarify whether the late fee is a single payment of 10k or if it is a weekly fee. If it is weekly, please make it so that the weekly fees do not go on forever (e.g. after 4 weeks late, no more late fees and a complaint will be filed for breach of contract). Thank you
Really? It says that its a fine of 10k for being late, not 10k per week! Also payment start and END dates are listed it not continuous or unending. If this was an issue why was it not caught before? Don't read anything into it. This is the kind of Crap that makes me want to leave this server and may be the reason why people are leaving it. Its just a game people! Which one of you 14-16 year old kids took a legal contract writing class that is reviewing these contracts? Just lock the post. We figured it out on our own with out the Bullshit of the forums.
