3.5, 4 and 4.5 Year Member Award & 5 Year Forum Medal

Add 3.5, 4, 4.5 Year Member Award and a Forum Medal for 5 years

Suggestion:
Add the 3.5, 4 and 4.5 Year Member Award
And make worth 370, 450 and 540 points respectively

Add a Forum Medal for 5 years

Reason:
Because although only very few members are currently at that stage, they should be notification of this rather then just ending at 3 years.
Also the point of 370, 450 and 530 would be a gradual increase like the previous time awards are, the last jump was a 60 point jump and 40 before that, so would make sense going 70, 80 and 90 point jumps.

And the 5 year medal award is a round number and I think a good opportunity to add another forum medal for dedicated members.
