As part of the Willclo Fraud Fundraiser. There will be no minimum bid. The auction will be conducted in local chat in the Town of Main_Ville at peak time on June 13. The town will be sold to the highest bidder on the spot, although the actual transfer may take a little while, as I will leave the stacks of ores/gems in place until after the auction. The skyscraper will be there, exactly as is. It's mostly glass, so it would take a week to demolish, and glass isn't worth all that much anyway. It's worth much more in one piece, as a reason to buy the town.
Is there any way we can send in bids beforehand if we know that we will most likely miss the auction?
I may have missed this - after the auction, will the town need to be transferred in addition, require a town claim, or will ownership be granted by the server owner? Also, what about Benclo? - he has only been gone a couple of months and he does not show being banned.

My understanding is that Benclo is somehow connected with Willclo, but I know nothing more than that the similarity in the names suggests it. It was explained to me last night that I own the town outright, and I assume that that will be clarified. The structures and materials removed so far did not exist when Benclo was last on, and were all paid for by Willclo. So, I guess that's a good question.
