Can't deposit on forums.

    Brief Description:
    When I do /bank deposit 10000 it says "Deposit aborted: Invalid forum credit." And my forum bal is -$0

    Instructions:
    1. Send someone $1 while having less than $1 in the forum acount. I had like .53323 or something and it said $1 on forums so I sent $1 to someone else to try to make it 0.
    2. Can't deposit to forums

    Forum balance was at an invalid value for LS, so I set the bank balance to 1$. A valid value for LS

    Well I had less that $1 in my bank bal but it let me pay someone $1 which gave me a - balance which I assume is what made is invalid
