10x10 Plot Prices

They do it so that more people will buy from them. I will always buy 10x10's for 1k to stimulate the economy.

 

Co-Mayors are often the ones to do all the business choices and are the "money-makers"... However, it can depend on the type of town it is and whether or not the 10x10s are pre-built, close together, etc.

Though, personally, I would like to see them stay around 1k+, unless it is a town meant for new users to get a start in.

 

For my towns, if youre a cool guy who needs some help, Ill charge you less. If you're not a cool guy and just a guy looking for a plot, Ill charge 1k+

 

I currently sell mine for 500 in italia

 

I sell dem for 100+700

 

For the first week of my town officially there will be a 15% discount on all sized plots, then after it will be normal costs.
Ex: 1st week 10x10 plot: $850
After sale 10x10 plot: $1000

 

i keep my plots at normal prices.. if its to cheap you don't gain much from your town that you put hard work into making a great town. so there for should charge what the town has to offer. if it has a big farm, portal, mall, personal shops, etc... that should up the price some... and i have sections where plot sizes are sold, there is 30x30, 40x40 on one side then the other is 10x10, and 20x20. but dont get me wrong i don't sell overpriced plots..

I usually sell for around $800.

 

I sell 10x10 plots in PandaCapitol for 900 and 20x20 for 2k.

IMO 10x10 isn't even a reasonable sized plot to build on. They should only be sold to new players for a minimal price (probably not even $500) if anything at all.

 

I'm having a sale on my plots because I only have one person in my town -_-. However in a couple of days those prices will go back to normal. I charge 1k for a 10x10.

 

I currently sell 15x15 plots for $500, 30x30 plot for 2k and so on

 

I do diff price ranges
Builders: $500
Res+: 1k
Then when it gets to higher they have higher prices
Builders: 1.5k
Res+:2k

Most of the towns who charge less money tend to get lots of people in and then evict the whole town xD
I see that quite a bit if im honest and thats why i never buy plots in towns...

 

I'm charging 1k for 10x10's, but every now and then I give them away for free.

 

I buy as cheap as I can find.
