Did you check if the 10k is in your forum bank (the balance in the top right corner of the forums). iirc, it goes there and not ingame
You need to make sure to do /register ingame after you have signed up. I just looked now and I don't believe you have used it yet. Once you issue the command it will deposit the money into your forum account, then you must withdraw it using '/bank withdraw 10000'
@HaveNoClue please go in game and type /register in chat. It will then give you 10,000 here on the forums. You can then withdraw it using /bank withdraw 10000 in chat while on the server.
