1.9 SG Speed bug

    Hi, so basically me and a few others played SG, and all of us had /speed 1 on.
    Every time the game started, we automatically went to speed 10 I believe.

    I managed to record a clip, and if you notice in the chat, it says I had walking speed set to 1, and everyones reaction was like "wtf"?
    So basically, we had all speed on 1, and everyone in the game automatically went to speed 10, even people without fly. Which was pretty weird, video evidence found here;
