    sorry if I am bugging/annoying you, but I would like to know how long it will be (estimated) until all of the plugin providers are at 1.3. It would really help.

    5-7 days, at the minimum. And subject to change at any time.

    Don't come back next Friday and claim someone said 7 days max, the server will not update until everything is ready. It might be 5-7 days, it might be 14-21 days.
