Well at the efficiency I'm able to mine at I'd say it's closer to 9-10k in redstone and another 7-8k in gold, iron, lapis, diamonds, exp, etc....
I'd say that if I was able to run at the same efficiency as Tans (i.e. not stopping for ereps, mining on end) I could do in the 850-1000 ore range...
