Since you have a ban appeal open, with members of staff investigating your ban, your best bet right now is to hold tight and simply be patient. They will handle it when they have time. :)

thats all understandable but by the looks of it there arent too many ban appeals open atm and its been 3 days since the issue of me being banned and never having played on the server came up

Unfortunately it can take some time to properly find out what's going on. Just hang in there, and they'll figure everything out. Hopefully soon, so you can rejoin this lovely server!

Alright. Well, if you're completely sure, then the only thing you can do is wait while the staff team looks through their logs for your ban reason, and probably your ban date as well. I'd recommend finding something else to do in the mean time, as it is getting late for most of the ECC community, so I suspect it will likely be tomorrow before your appeal is able to be handled.
