Hi, welcome to ECC Lucy! To answer you questions yes, we do have mob spawners to buy. You can either buy a “spawner key” which lets you get a random spawner or buy a certain spawner you need directly from another player.
A spawner key is a enchanted tripwire hook with "Spawner Key" written on it. You can do /cc to roll the key A spawner key allows you to get a random spawner. To get a spawner key you can either ask in game in trade chat to buy one for ECD or you can get the monthly spawner key feature which can be bought with USD here: https://shop.ecocitycraft.com/category/138188.
