hmm, well for starters i fish in the ocean away from any civilization. it eliminates any lag that may exist. (you can make a tower out there if you want, or just cast into the ocean. I also use f1 to eliminate all of the outside world and focus solely on fishing. The final thing I do is I guess I see value in everything.

I don't mind seeing value even if its minimal. Ghast tears are worth about 10$ on the player market, and they're a somewhat rare drop. I don't mind saving them and waiting to sell them in bulk. That being said I also realize lapis is only 3.75 each and iron ingots are only 7.75 each so I don't save those. I guess those are my strategies
