      Just some friendly advice - if you truly have an issue with staff, there is a place to file complaints against them - posting it in your ban appeal is rarely successful. While you may be frustrated and upset, venting in your appeal is not a great idea. Your attitude goes a long way when dealing with these issues. Bad attitudes are not welcome here on ECC.
