Selling perms is where you sell access to a town, that being a plot, house, or possibly farm access. This helps users that have not earned enough to purchase their own town to have a safe place to live.

It would be best if you discussed implications of contracts with someone from staff. I will say that from my personal experience, no contract will ever be perfect, and that people need to trust each other and work well together. That is why I stress playing nice and giving to others as a key element to being a part of IsleTradingCo!
