I suggested particle trails before and then someone told me that it would be op for pvp gametypes. I didn't know why they said that at first, but then I gave it some thought and realized that particle trails could be used to blind people on PvP. So, I've decided to repost it with some corrections. I DO still think particle trails should be added to the server, but won't work/activate on PvP gametypes. There would be three trail types players can choose from: heart, music and void. (donors can be given special trails like diamond for example) and to activate the trails players would use this command: "/trail <trail type>" the trail types heart, music and void would be able to be activated by ALL players in AEM including NON-donors. Please accept this suggestion and add it to AEM. Thanks!
May I suggest an alternate way to do this? I don't think those trail types would be possible to create, at least I'm unsure what heart and music are. However, I would agree with some ideas such as a customization menu, this is taking ideas from another server: Being able to customize particle effects, perhaps a number up to 3 which would increase based on donations. Being able to set certain sounds or effects for certain actions, such as a special particle effect for killing someone. Being able to set theme music, which could be from thematic music and music disks. Donors and non-donors alike could be able to access this, I agree, but perhaps donors could unlock many more effects. I would also suggest adding disguises in some servers, this could allow packages like; Blaze: Access to blaze /d, and fire and smoke /trail. Unlocks 2 /trails. Or something of this nature, which could include exclusive packages which contain certain grouped cosmetics.
Yeah good point. I was just thinking that it would be nice to have particle trails on the server and add some more beauty to AEM. However, I do agree with your suggestions.
Well you were the one who suggested it, keep promoting your idea I'd say as it's very interesting and adds to donator ranks even with the new EULA. That's always needed nowadays.
