Ok thanks. I've been speaking to Sway about it and he said that I must purchase an unban also. I asked him a few moments ago about if that had to be once for my main account and once for my alt or once for both since it was for the same mistake.
Sway told me to reply to this after I purchased the unban pass. I have done that. If I need to do anything else let me know.
