I think best EU staff were Gluupor and Schelmixi... kinda went downhill after they left (my opinion). They were basically the whole afternoon and night online (EU time) and helped every player. They didn't ignore anyone in game. But it's cool I will make my own post next time @JagzZ
Ok this is going way off. It's a congratulate post not a staff discussion post. Bring it somewhere else or thread gonna get locked. We know staffs from GMT timezones are needed and we're working on it. For now I'm taking over their shift so approach me for any issues during those hours. I can be found either on the forums via msg or skype (zrinnnaem) if I'm not in game, I'll settle any issues that I can do within my powers. Cheers.
