WAS BANNED FOR NO REASON! SOMEONE FIX THIS!!!!!!!

    I just got banned while planting my farm on factions and the reason for my ban was "The ban hammer has spoken!" which is the default ban message if someone randomly bans me. I did nothing that broke the rules and I was banned by Easy5rag. I can't post anything under ban appeals so Im posting this here. There was no reason for the ban and your mods are abusing their power. I will continue to copy and paste this message till a mod replies, do not tag me for spam I need this fixed immediately.

    hey I was just banned for the reason Die by Easy5rag I was just building a fence gate and he banned me permanently and they are saying I have to buy an unban at the shop please help my ign is htwinkle

    Yup, happend to MANY people. The server was most likely hacked, but i'm confident that staff will get it sorted out.

    Yeah, don't buy the unban pass. All people wrongly banned will be unbanned after this issue is resolved.

    We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and sorry for the harsh words used as your ban reasons.
    You are all beautiful players who we cherish so please do not take the ban reason to heart.

    Regarding one of your many concerns,
    The bans carried out were not supposed to happen. There were some promotions that weren't supposed to happen due to a staff member account being taken over. Please do not blame him as he did not have control over it.
    We are currently restoring the servers which would take a few hours to process. I hope you'll bear with us in the meantime.
