Firstly I would like to start off and say the Staff are amazing they don't gripe about having to go here and there, if you keep asking them things their attitude is always through the roof. Point 2 the spawn is amazing and the economy is great, everyone is friendly they treat each like they are family respect for everyone no one is left out or treated differently. You live in the US timzones dont you or maybe near asia... In Europe timzone we have almost no Staff online ever... ( many people need stuff it always falls to me or others to try and fill in for staff or go look for some global staff...)
The Am and late Pm hours are fine im talking about everything from 11am to 6pm exactly the hours I play aem in... No staff except scar once and a while after 5pm but usually i think he is on around 6-7pm
Hmm yea, ur quite right, us Europe ppl usually have to go through some trouble to find a staff member. I think it'd be a good idea for the owners to look into the timezones of the staff applications a bit more. (not saying the current staff isn't great of course, I know Twinkie came online to help me at 3:20 AM! Dedicated!!!)
I'd like to add a few things! 1) The people are generally very friendly, even despite some of the jokes going a little far. 2) Staff is generally very quick about getting back to people and, as far as I'm concerned, there's almost always one on for me (I'm in US CST). There has been very few times I decide to play around 3am CST and there isn't a staff person on. 3) The hub idea feels more solid, multiple hubs to host an influx of people. Seems like a great route to take. Anyways, the last part of this is kind of a shout-out for the new staff members and the older ones who were promoted. Thanks for doing a great job guys.
Oh I definitely understand! I can't really do much for you in that aspect, unfortunately. I'm on late at night though which sounds to me like the time you would get on in Europe so if I'm on, I can do my best to help in any way.
If you are on around now usually scar and twinkie are on with the occasional stop by of zrinne and zrinnn from skyblock right? The " problem time" is exactly the hours where i play every day. You can probably time it. I get on 10 min later last staff leaves. First staff comes back online (not counting staff on minechat) 10 min later im gone.
Wow, that's pretty nuts. I'm sorry to hear that! If you can get the exact times you're on, I can do my best to play around those times too.
I usually come on really weird timings as I do not have school or work to attend to, meaning I can play/sleep anytime I want. I haven't been online recently due to me not feeling well, but if anything, you can always post player reports to report a player when a staff isn't online (with proof). There are time where a staff is online just not on the same server, you can do /glist showall and look out for staff. If you do not know who are staff, you can click "Staff Members" on my signature and it will redirect you. It's great to hear ideas/praises from you guys, you've been really kind to us as well.
Yeah NZST don't really have many staff on but sometimes you see some dedicated/crazy staff member come on at like 2am for us
