Unban Passes

    Ok so I'm now banned and I am saving up for a Unban Pass. However I need to know a few things.
    1.Will I be guaranteed for an Unban, it states the thing I have been banned for on the guarantee list but I just want to make sure I will be unbanned.
    2.How long does it take for unban passes to work/come through. Or do I have to alert staff that I have paid for one

    I'm pretty sure you don't need to alert staff after you have paid for one but if you've gone lets say a week or two waiting then I think it'd be okay just to alert them a little.

    I think i remember a staff saying it is a guaranteed unban unless u were banned for ddos ing /threats or similar extremely harmful stuff.

    You must make a ban appeal to state you've paid for the unban pass as well.
