So i got the supporter kit for voting and thought "I'll put this on an armor stand until I need it" and after going to spawn to open my voting crates, my armor stand was gone with my armor. I would be wary, before the reset people could grief armor stands and get the armor, if they just grabed the armor then I don't think management could do anything about it. I know if someone griefs item frames then management can roll back the item frames but not anything in them. Be wary, I would recommend at least putting glass around it, if not more.
Yeah unless you're in a town people can (and most likely will) grief your armor stands/item frames. I would recommend when putting anything of value onto an armor stand that you take a small video/screenshot you putting the items on etc. And also place blocks around said armor stand like glass, as said by flint. That way at least staff can find out who stole your armor if it happens.
