If you mean favorite rank, like most reasonable for the money its worth, I would say Elite. Anyone considering buying a rank should buy Elite.

I won't buy you Premium, but you can make a post about it on Forums offering a good amount stuff, and someone might. You did say you were rich xP

 

I made 2 posts about it already, and even offered 70k. No one will EVER buy for me and i hate that

You actually don't need to get a credit card, you can buy Pre Paid Visa Gift cards (Its what I did) and when I was 14 I got a job over the summer and made money that way, I suggest doing that

If they give you one, they can still check what you buy with it. And since you are 13 I hope you know how to be mature with money

Either way it does not matter. If he cannot do it, then he cannot do it. I still don't understand what country does't allowed you to buy Visa Gift Cards ( In the US anyone can buy them ) but he can't.

 

That's actually what I did. I made 5k, and am going to try to make as much this year, possibly even more, in order to support my expenses in the future.
