I got banned for saying Nigguh, even though i myself am black and am not offended by this and is not deemed as racist because I am one, so I do not see how someone who is white can ban me (being black) for being racist as it is towards myself and causing no harm, not only this I got zero warning and he was being trigger happy. I have put hours of work into your server and think its disgraceful how admins can use their power incorrectly. I also said this too my friend who is also black and we say it to each other in a playful way and was not harming anyone, and if it did they shouldnt be nosey looking into our conversations.
We don't know what color you are so we can't judge it. As well as it being a slur is just that... No matter what race it's still a racial slur. We take a hard stance on racial/homophobic slurs. It may not offend you but it can and does offend others.
ok i understand that, but this word terminology is normal to me, and considering i received no warning, i think a permanent ban is abit harsh, considering i go on the server every day and commit alot of my time to it, not only this but loads of other users use these words and homophobic slurs and they dont even get temporary ban, so im sorry for using these words but i would of liked a warning lol
You need a warning not to say racial slurs? See the problem? I'll check my logs, mmb was warned yesterday for saying the same thing.
If the slurs are normal to me and arent racist as i am black then yes lol and i wasnt online yesterday so i didnt see this warning
There were many other people saying homophobic slurs like jbroom and he doesnt even get a temp ban, i say this once and boom perm ban lol
I wasn't on at that time and I have banned him for it. And just because you say you are black, it doesn't excuse you for saying it. It is still racial no matter what color you are. This is also why you were banned. The constant, nonstop arguments.
im arguing because i dont want to be perm banned lol i put alot of work and time into this server which is now wasted for one minor mistake which you did not warn me about, and i dont see him on the ban list lol i just think its silly yeah temp ban me but perm ban is too far, i cant even go on the server at all anymore considering aem are getting less users each month you need us to keep people the time we put in to keep it running lol
i will educate you since you don't seem to understand. You were banned, not jbroom. Your appeal talks about everything other people did wrong, not what you did wrong. Do a correct appeal, because this one is sad.
If you read the first entry i did talk about my appeal but im trying to put into concept how stupid it is that i have been perm banned lol and arent admins supposed to be friendly and helpful and be neutral, not making their mind up before they have read anything. because anyone reading this conversation will see that you havent given me a chance lol

Ok, so this is all a little bit of craziness. I was the one the initial problem was with so I should put something in here. Regardless of what your ban reason was, I can assure that I did indeed warn you more than once to not to keep saying that, and that specifically. Regardless of that, the ban would have been deserved for extreme staff disrespect and not listening to what staff was telling you. The situation with Jack was none of your business to begin with, but you used it as a platform to make as much trouble as possible and heightened the situation across the board.
