Premium+ to be staff?

    Is this a general rule because
    @kiroakira is premium
    @pyrolily is premium
    @angell1988 is premium
    @Strict is premium
    @Jerekul is premium

    Also angell bought premium just before she became staff do u need to have premium to be a staff member

    I know there are some exceptions like geeves_pie however this just seems to be a general rule...

    Did you really feel the need to post this after I already explained it to you? It's NOT a general rule. It's just a coincidence since that's the highest rank you need to get the best perks like flying and /kit eggs.

    @Super__Morris17 I wasn't a donator when I gotten Staff... I donated to premium WAY after I gotten staff on Survival.

    It's just the best rank without paying a lot of money. The higher rank perks are really just better gear. Most players just agree that premium is the best rank for your money on survival.

    you dont need to be premium like jerekul said premium is the best rank without paying alot u get to silk touch spawners and coloured signs alot of cool stuff no need to go further after that :p

    I'm premium cause my broke ___ can't buy KittyCannon yet XD


    But when I got helper originally I was Elite I believe o-o then bought premium a few days later

    Volkrot is correct, I promoted him to staff while he was trusted rank. The most important thing that makes you stand out as a good potential staff member is to be mature and helpful at all times. The best quality of a potential staff member is to be knowledgeable about the game and to help others without any expectation of compensation for your actions. Constantly asking to be staff or telling staff how you helped some guy to try and make yourself look better doesn't help; it actually makes you look too desperate for a rank. You need to be helpful because you want to help people, not because you want a rank with power. If that is indeed the case, then you don't have what it takes to become staff and you'll be overlooked. We need staff that truly is dedicated to helping out of the kindness of their hearts, not for greed and notoriety.

    Well, if you have a rank before you become staff kinda shows you support the server and want to help it go further.

    You don't need to be a donor to support the server. The presence on the server itself is already support enough.

    That is true as well, but helping the servers stay up by putting money towards it helps too.

    staff is a nut case shell that makes no sense what so ever :p we're all a little crazy and do what we can to help out. Trying to understand us is like trying to understand why squirrels like nuts o-o


    Anyone can be staff if we see your fit for the job and can do it :p.
