Hello, My town has been experience some town bugs which are effecting the town people. It keeps kicking the people from the town because of taxes and when i check their balance it says they have a ton of money but yet still get kicked but when they are offline it only says that their only have $1 on their balance. This has been going on since 2 weeks of go. I have contacted a Mod for assistance but wasn't able to help me out with the problem. Hello @JonathanBluesword, After checking several of the players in Kilrtown's balances and verifying that the town's taxes were functioning correctly, I wasn't able to determine any issue with players being taxed incorrectly. When I verified several offline players' balances, they seemed to possess a large amount of cash. Is the issue still occurring? Thanks, psgs
This issue is still occasionally occuring. Current example Erik_9905 has 5k+ actual balance but http://prntscr.com/52xlog. He gets 'kicked' from town fairly regularly. He is my son so I am able to log him in and check the account to verify this information. Thank You, Hordekilr
Same here i am in the same town as hordekilr and my friends are being kicked from the town because of taxes as well I made a thread about it and was fixed for awhile but is still occurring.
This is an occurrence of what we have been referring to as "the towny glitch" It has been going on for some time now and is a problem with the plugin itself. Ever since 1.8 was officially released it has occurred. We need to update the server fully to 1.8 I believe in order for this to stop happening. I believe it is an issue with the conversion of player names and UUIDs.
