First I need to make clear that in my first appeal, it says that no staff members had responded so i couldn't respond in 24 hours, my apologies. Second i believe I should return to kits because AEM is one of my favorite servers and I was not hacking in the first place.
I talked with this user in-game about this and looked up his last ban appeal. https://aemservers.net/threads/ban-appeal-from-redpandaarcher.5161/ Since it says it would have been approved if he had responded, I'm going to approve this one. For some reason it says to him that no one had responded (and I've heard of this issue before from numerous players) and I believe him from our conversation. It doesn't really matter anyway since he says he intended to respond and Thug said he would have approved it then if he had.
