Our town consist of a few outpost. /t outpost 8 is a side town made by ZhirongPro for any new players or whoever that needs a town. the /t spawn Sleepymist is the main place though not much buildings as the more active people are staying there. Also if you want to check out our town, you can do /t Sleepymist to see our residents, town money, daily upkeep and tax ! If you want your house built for you please ask us, we may charge higher for the plot fitting the materials used. Most empty plots are priced $5-$50 and most pre-made houses cost $50-$150. does anyone know how much it costs to have a small town? Not the 4k but the costs to keep it alive. Also idk how to set special priveleges, like only residents may use furnaces and chests, but only certain special members may open the chests with the diamonds and stuff.
The cost to run a town rises as u claim more land. The more land you claim the higher your daily upkeep (tax on the town) becomes. This is why most towns have taxes because most people can't afford to run a town with their own salaries.
Actually I have a large city presently, and my upkeep is under $50, so it is quite managable ^_^ I still have a small bit of tax though, just to cover the operation cost and to buy resources to build up the town.
