Discription: This beautiful city is located in the center of the ECC map and is one of the oldest cities on the ECC server. This old fashion town is called after the village where I (ReDnAx1991) live in real life. Some houses (shown below) can actually be found in my village. Therefore the ingame village does not only look beautiful but also has an authentic feel when you walk around it. Just like the real life village this city exists out of 2 cities which are joined and fully grown into eachother. The city is not a Resident+ only, Builders can be added to the town after some small tests. We welcome you all to come and visit our authentic and stunning village. Town features Town portal: - Enter the townportal from the spawnarea. - Face to the right and walk to the second to last ring (Blue) - Walk to the left and you will find the towns portal (Bunsgate) right in front of you. Entering the portal will give you access to the town. Shopping centre: - For only $3000,- a permanent store can be bought in our shopping centre next to the portal (portal area and shopping centre shown in the picture above). Prebuilts: - Authentic style houses. - Modern style houses. - Beautiful prebuilt houses ranging between $7.500- and $40.000-. Many prebuilts for sale below, please continue to scroll down. You will find them right after the city rules. City highlights: City farms: - Free to use for all prebuilt owners. - Melon/pumpkin farm. - Wheat/carrot farm. Horse stables: - For only $5000,- a permanent and fully LWC protected space for you horse can be bought in our horse stables (shown in picture below). To ensure that this city is safe, beautiful looking at all time and to protect and brighten the lives of citizens there are some rules which are to be followed. (See rules section below). Townrules: Basic: 1: Do not grief. 2: Do not enter someone's building without he/she asking you to. 3: Do not break anything that is not yours. 4: Do not steal anything. 5: Trees which are scattered around the city should not be touched. Your old prebuilt is used as a mortgage, only the remaining amount of money has to be payed for the bigger prebuilt. Social: 10: Farming is only allowed in the public farms located left and right in the city (farming in your house creats lag for people with computer which are not high performance) The city provides a pumpkin farm, sugercane farm, tree farm (located left from city portal) and a wheat farm, carrot farm, patatoe farm (located right from the city portal). 11: To keep this city full of life, you are supposed to be online at least once every 20 days. Being offline for more than 20 days will result in you being removed from the city. I am selling prebuild houses most of them are about $20.000- You can pay me $1.000 everyday during 20 days to pay of the house. The $1.000- is really easy to obtain with the use of voting. The town also comes with 4 farms for extra money. All farmed products can be kept for own use or money.
