The Avaina1918 Diamond Pickaxe Corporation's Official Thread

A diamond pickaxe: the symbol of Minecraftian prosperity. While Tycoons have many, Builders have none. How does it feel for them to see those rich users toting their diamond armor and tools while they are stuck with stone and the occasional iron items? Above all, pickaxes are the most used tools of them all. Diamond pickaxes: a combination of the most valuable item and the most used tool. Everyone must have one.
Which is why we created the Avaina1918 Diamond Pickaxe Corporation.
The Avaina1918 Diamond Pickaxe Corporation strives for cheap diamond pickaxes. That’s why we drastically reduced the price. It destroys our profit margin, but that affects us, not you! And we’re not in this for the money, our goal is to ensure cheap diamond pickaxes are forever accessible.
I have also created a way to make finding a price for the items forever easier. Here’s how to do it:
1. The diamond pickaxe itself is $125.
2. Each enchantment adds $20.
3. Every enchantment level after that adds on $10.

For example: I want an Efficiency II, Unbreaking III, Silk Touch II pickaxe. I would start at $125. Then, since there are three enchantments (Efficiency, Unbreaking, and Silk Touch), I would add on $60. Then, for level two, three, and two, I would add them together, which is 7. 7x10 is 70, so 125+60+70 is $255! That’s cheap! And the same thing works for every pickaxe!

Lizardbay Facility:
1. Go to spawn and enter the towns portal.
2. Take the ladder to Floor 16 (3 floors down).
3. Go to the red line and enter the portal to Lizardbay.
4. Exit spawn and turn left. Take the nearest portal, to North Lizardbay.
5. After entering the portal, immediately turn right.
6. The facility will be on your left.

RULES (must read!)
1. In the facilities, you can only purchase TWO pickaxes at one time.
2.No putting trash in the donation chests! Further information on this is in the facilities.
3. I have the right to deny or cancel any order! (Refunds included with this)

Job applications:
We currently are offering jobs here. Available positions are Manager, Experience Fetcher, Diamond Miner, and Advertiser. Their jobs are listed below.

-Manager: A manager is assigned to a specific facility and makes sure it is running smoothly. A manager must submit weekly reports in the form of a signed book with each day’s happenings. A manager will also be responsible to pay us ALL the money earned from sales immediately. Failure to do this will result in immediate termination and possible scam reports. Qualifications include having the anvil placement donation feature, being at least a Resident (but the higher the better!), and having at least 5 people reply to the app stating you are trustworthy and honest. Managers get paid according to our payment plan.
-Experience Fetcher: An experience fetcher must do anything to gain experience, including mining coal/redstone and hunting mobs. Then, they pm/mail us and put the exp in a trade sign that sells one orb for the price of $.01. Failure to follow this correctly will result in docked pay and possibly other action. Experience fetchers must be at least Resident and have iron tools to qualify. They are paid according to the payment plan.
-Diamond Miner: These users have the most important jobs of all! They scour the land for diamonds and give them ALL to me. Failure to do this will result in docked pay and possible scam reports. Diamond miners must have at least iron tools and can be any rank. Diamond miners are paid according to the payment plan.
-Advertiser: Advertisers get the word out! They advertise this thread and the different facilities (but no spamming!). They also tp people to the facilities! Advertisers can be any rank (but the higher, the better!), and must have the teleport donation. They are paid according to the payment plan.
ALL WORKERS MUST SPEND MOST OF THEIR TIME AT THEIR ASSIGNED FACILITY OR DOING TASKS SPECIFIED IN THEIR JOB OR THEY WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.

The Payment Plan
The payment plan is simple. Every week we’ll add up the money made and distribute it to each person based on a fixed percentage. For Managers it is 15%, for Experience Fetchers and Diamond Miners 10%, and for Advertisers 5%. Thus, 85% of the total funds are put into your wages. The rest goes towards bonuses, facility expansions, and operating costs.
