SwagRidgeAssisting Builders on Their Quest Towards Resident! SwagRidge is designed to assist the members of the town to gain funds to go apply for Resident. RULES OF TOWN Destroying/Placing anywhere not inside your designated plot will result in automatic removal without refund. Get along with all members of the town. (I appreciate it if the town members help each other with their quest to Resident.) Share our money making areas with the other members, take turns. Once you become a Resident, contact Joliver1998 so he can add you to the Graduate Wall. You have 3 days after you become Resident to remove your items from the town to open spots for other Builders. (I will have an invite only town for Graduates of SwagRidge, we must have a special bond for you to be invited to this second town.) BUILDING RULES Houses can't be extremely tall, 2-3 floors max. Basements are not allowed, as they possibly will mess with our underground farm. COST OF A PLOT Plots in SwagRidge cost either $1,500 or 6 NetherStars. I Think Swag Ridge was probably one of the most coolest town i have ever been to. Houses where a pretty reasonable price, You get to farm any time you want in the towns farming area. Swag Ridge even had an enchanting area for all the Builder to enchant weapons and tools. I thought it was cool that Joliver1998 would let you sell your nether stars for a pretty good price to him. It was a nice place to live and i hope you make other people feel the way i do about your town. -Slayer5073
This is the best, cheapest, friendly builder towns ever! Plenty of farms and cooking pots are a great addition. Plus, there was brewing stations and enchanting tables. VERY reasonable price...and cheap. Thanks Joliver1998, you're the best! I hope more builders join this awesome town
Swagridge is the best town I've been. It really helped me to become a resident. Joliver1998 and MystressLyssa helped me a lot. My Swagridge experience, people that lives there are soo friendly and we help each other on our problems. Swagridge is an awesome town.
I was a plot owner in this town a couple weeks ago, I was able to get Resident in 2-3 days, Thank You! I now have a big 48x43 farm with multiple levels in another town, working my way up to mayor.
Great town for New comers. I recommend it to all Builders! Cheap plots, and get farm access, I made Resident in just 2 days with the farms and some mining! Lovely community as well. Best regards - Miley (mcp43)
Freecycle has a pick-up center here! Easier access for Builders to get some tools to start out with. PLUS all jobs listed with Manpower will be posted here also. It's a chance to meet others on ECC and make money at the same time!

Swagridge was awesome, except that Joliver forgot to put my name on the wall of graduates inside the town XD
Lol- I made sure I had all the graduates yesterday, you're on it now! We accept donations of EcoDollars to expand our town & purchase new things for the town such as chat channels, flag changes, farms, etc. We also accept help building more farms & other buildings in the town.
