    General Purpose of Contract:
    Loan

    I (the contract initiator) @Gmoneyman118 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

    I agree to provide @alaskamcdowell $2.7k of in-game money in exchange for $3.7k at the end of the week of 11/17/14 - 11/24/14

    Disclaimer : Money will be sent within 1 hour of approval (as long as @alaskamcdowell is online) if @alaskamcdowell leaves then it will be ASAP w/ screenshots

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

    @alaskamcdowell will agree to pay the $3.7k on the due date. If she fails to do this $250 extra will be added to the debt for every day late up until 12/1/14 when all the debt will be collected back $3.7k and any late fees. If all of the debt isn't collected from @alaskamcdowell on 12/1/14 then it will count as a breach of contract for @alaskamcdowell as outlined in Rule 3

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such:

    Before I can approve this contract I need to see the following.

    @Gmoneyman118
    I would like you to indicate when you will be sending the money to @alaskamcdowell. i.g... "within 24 hours of contract approval", "within 1 hour after contract approval."
    Also, all usernames need to be properly tagged, you need to remove one of the @ signs in front of all the usernames. They need to show up blue when posted, as I have done in my post.

    After the edits are made, you @alaskamcdowell can agree to the contract using the following format:
