IGN: @Welikeike22 Users Involved in this Contract: @masonrf General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of 'WilhelmsHaven' through the user @masonrf, and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'WilhelmsHaven' in the world of Legacy from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @masonrf to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @welikeike22. Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @welikeike22, will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will immediately give @masonrf $85,000 ECD upon his filing of the "mayor application" found in the spoiler under his terms once this contract is approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The following terms apply to @masonrf : 1. I, @masonrf, agree to add the user '@welikeike22' as technical owner to the town of 'WilhelmsHaven' upon the acceptance of my mayor application found in clause 6 of this contract. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it. 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system. 3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @welikeike22 gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'WilhelmsHaven' can be created. 3. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the claiming of a town through the server's town-claim process for tycoons+. 5. I agree that if I have any LWCS in this town, I will assist in removing them in a timely manner. This contract thereby gives the new owner (@welikeike22) the right to remove them if they are in the town of WilhelmsHaven. 6. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application.
