Felon Username: Vtnick Complaint: I bought perms to his 200x200x4 pumpkin farm around 2 weeks ago. He removed my perms from the town for stealing items from his other town that has no connection to this town what so ever. Stealing from unlocked chests is allowed and there was no rule in the 200x200x4 pumpkin town saying that stealing from the other town would get my perms removed. This is considered scamming and he got my 5k that I payed for perms with. I would like a refund. Evidence: Additional Information: This so so scamming. Removing my perms for no reason. accusolHD I am very sorry you lost perms to my farm. But stealing from the residents of my towns is not acceptable. Also using your fly donation feature to conduct the theft is also very disappointing. As posting results of user investigations is not allowed, I will be happy to show a moderator what you did. -vtnick
If you are currently ingame I would like to investigate what happened, and take a look at the towns rules.
vtnick I did not use my fly donation feature to steal items. I can show you exactly how I got into the house. I even took screenshots if you want me to show you. Stealing from unlocked chests is allowed and you can't punish me from a different town for thief in this town. IT's unfair and I would like a refund
Alright, so after a bit of discussion we have decided the following; No action will be taken, as what happened broke no real rule. You had broken a rule from the town you stole from, after you did that vtnick had the option to remove you from other towns to make sure no further issues occure. A bit of info on that is here: As stated you have permission to retrieve all items, however seeing as this is in a farm, where you do not "own" any of the land you have nothing to retrieve.
