[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: X-Ray Rule violated: Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Do not use Hacked Clients or hack in anyway at all. It can and will ruin the economy and creates an advantage for the user using it. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Like I stated above it destroys the economy. The economy is the most important part of the server, and I never want to see it get destroyed. This server means everything to me. I spend at least 3-5 hours a day on ECC. I love the community and love giving back and helping out new players. I feel terrible for using it. I feel like I put everyone in the server at a disadvantage and that I betrayed everyone's trust. The reason I was using it was because i got angry about the coupon SG and losing all/most of my money in the lotto's and wanted to make quick money. It was a weak point and I feel terrible for it. I want to apologize to everyone for hacking and making money unfairly. I promise to never use it again and I have deleted the client. Dewsy if you decide to unban me can you wipe my MCMMO please as I got plenty of those levels unfairly as well.
X-Raying is not acceptable at all on the server. It can have serious consequences for the economy and creates an incredibly unfair advantage. We are currently really cracking down on all forms of unfair play and as such we are treating offences such as you committed very seriously. That being said this is your first ever ban and I will be giving you a second chance, however any future offences may result in you being prevented from rejoining the server. To highlight the seriousness of X-Raying, I have wiped your balance and also taken ores/blocks from your chests that I found at one of your homes as a result of being banned for X-Ray. Additionally, upon re-joining the server your mining Mcmmo will be reset. Tempbanned 7 days.
