Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rules means that I am not able to take money from others and not pay it back by the time that is set Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because i have been thinking for the past couple months that i should do the right thing and pay @@ThatKidArshi his 65k back so we can be friends. Also i have had about 3 to 4 months to think about what I did wrong and I think it is times to come back on and repay my debt that way @ThatKidArshi and I can be happy.
Hello @Epislen I am glad that you wish to appeal your ban and rejoin the Server. Scamming is strictly prohibited on ECC and will always result in a ban. I am going to unban you but with a 3 day tempban to reflect the severity of your actions. During this time I want you to re-read our Server Rules as they have changed since you were last on the Server. They can be found here. After your 3 day tempban has expired, you will have 7 days in which to repay your debt of 65k to @ThatKidArshi. That makes your repayment deadline Saturday 15th November. If you have not repaid by then, ThatKidArshi will have the right to file a new complaint on you and you will be re-banned. Locked - Epislen's ban reduced to a 3 day temp.
