Counter-Reason: I am very sorry for my actions and it will not be repeated, I simply were mad at RagMan for not giving a f*** about other people treating me like shit and that he simply acted like nothing when someone removed me from a town of which I paid 5.000 to be a part of. For no reason what so ever I got removed from a town with a melon farm, I did not grief, nor did i do anything against the rules in the town. Evidence:
Bjorn, I'm glad to see that you want to return to ECC and become a part of our community again. Please understand that it was not that I didn't/don't care about what happended to you, my intentions were to explain the rules to you. I know that as a new member and builder that times are tough just trying to get started, but we do have a solid set of rules in place that everyone must follow. The one rule in particular to what was happening at the time was: Section VII: Towns and Nations Clause I: "...Mayors may remove anyone from their town for any reason..." I understand that this may seem like a harsh rule and unfair but it was made to protect the rights of the mayor who purchased the town to begin with. When I was asking you questions about the situation it was to find out if there was any scam involved and how long you lived in the town and what happened. I know this might seem like I wasn't caring by jumping up and forcing the mayor to re-add you, but I needed more information to go on and when you started to debate the rules with me and then things got out of hand I was forced to ban you. You've been gone over a month so I am more than willing to unban you at this time. But first can you please Forum Message WeWinAgain and have him change your forum name to Bjorn111 to match your in game name. We like these to match up together so there is no confusion on who is who. Once that is done please post again on this thread and I will get you unbanned in game. RagMan
