It has been two years and one day since I posted a completely crazy thread in the Mayors section. In the thread, I planned to unite all of my fellow Mayors in order to take over ECC. It had worked well, but fell into necro territory shortly after I went inactive. Since then, a lot has changed. The solidarity of mayors, however, has not. Let me start off by mentioning our original goals. They were, as follows: The first goal was accomplished by the creation of the thread, as it proclaimed that Mayors would take over the world. The second goal was somewhat accomplished in its time, though Joseph is now inactive, and Ike is another thing. The third goal was not and will not be accomplished, as most Tycoons and Presidents have more kits than Mayors. The final goal, though already fulfilled at the time by @3point14mp, was not completed by many mayors. Currently, the only Mayor on the staff team is @pokemon9508. However, many Mayors have applied for staff as of late. Following the original post, the thread became a rally of support for Mayors, until Welikeike22 made a post declaring superiority of the higher ranks. From then on, the movement slowly faded out, and with @BlueNinjaMC's necro, it was dead. But today, only a day after the second anniversary of the movement, I have decided to revive it. I have also decided to post this into General Discussion rather than the Mayors section, as I feel as though it is important for all, including Residents and Builders, who I hope will support our movement as we battle the orange-colored users for superiority. Spoiler Oh, and by the way, I'm not actually going to lead this. In fact, I'm going to apply for Tycoon in a couple weeks. I just felt as though Mayors are not as trusted as they should be, and wanted to poll ECC on whether we feel that we should give Mayors more trust or not. You just became orange a few weeks ago, and I'm joining you in a couple weeks. Don't switch your allegiancies that quickly. You know that you still have a green soul, though it may be turning orange. My soul will never be anything but green, though I may become orange very soon.
True, but there's only twelve of you. And I rarely see more than one of you on at once. Not really enough to take over the world if you ask me.
Trust me, it will. It may not last forever with myself at the helm, as I plan to become a Tycoon soon. However, I trust that the new leader I select will carry on the organization into the far far future.
