Hey ECC. Recently I've been having a problem with my computer. Its always getting BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) errors! My comp crashes every 15-20 minutes. I really don't know how to stop the problem, but I was wondering if you guys could help me! (I crashed when typing this )
When did it start happening? Did you install anything around that time? A certain driver or program may have caused it, try un-installing anything you installed before you started getting BSODs. Check temperatures, make sure you have good cooling in the room and in the computer. Heat tends to be the main cause of crashing. Down load Piriform Speccy to check temps. It may be that components inside your computer are coming to the end of their life, you may have to replace them or buy a new computer. To find the cause and be certain you need to post the minidumps so that I can look at them.
Its started to happen in early June of this year. I don't recall installing anything at that time, but I removed all programs from my computer that are not used. Yet the problem still happens. It also heats up too but not to a high level. And I really don't think the components are coming to an end, the computer is only 7 months old. And what do you mean exactly by minidumps? Sorry I don't know too much about computers. (btw, I clean the cooling fan every month so I still don't get why it continues to overheat)
how did this go to post counts.... Mini Dump or it didn't happen. Probably related to overheating make sure you haven't disconnect the fan to the heat-sink during your monthly cleanings.
I can't install the windows debugging tool because my comp is crashing during the process. And I have to start the download from the start once my computer boots up again. What do I do?
this is from corrupt ram, take it to bestbuy or future shop, they can help my grandpa had it happen to him
