Because any change is a difficult thing to be done in ECC. No one knows the reason, apart from "andrew doesn't like the idea", and due to the way ECC is run, a post in general discussion isn't going to magically provide an answer from anyone who may know (realistically, there will be no response to this thread, based on other recent posts made in this forum).
Andrew could literally just copy and paste the permissions of ecolegend +give a fancy new name for the rank and a town claim app and it would be done ezpz. Does it really matter if Andrew doesn't like the idea? He doesn't actually play the server so it doesn't affect him lmao
Seems pretty entitled to say that it doesn't matter if Andrew doesn't like the idea when it's his server and he's the one who would have to do hours of work to get it set up properly. Like, even if it was that easy (which it isn't), he'd still have to deal with countless hours of bitching because the new rank "doesn't add anything new" and "isn't worth buying".
Essentially, yes, it shouldn't be too difficult. However, if Andrew doesn't want it, then he doesn't want it. Whether he plays on ECC or not, what he says, goes (more or less). It's his server so all in all, he makes the final call.
It would be dope with 8 new ranks, and the 8th rank gives another 10% prestige, that way it would be worth it.
