    Seeing as I am not CURRENTLY staff I choose to add to this thread!

    The difference between is ecc staff and other staff is not how problems are solved, most teams solve them fairly efficiently. The difference is that on ecc, staff are still a part of the community. You can talk to them, they talk in global all the time, and they arent the "shadowy" staff that some other servers have where you never see them. Even the owner, andrewkm gets on and talks to people every once in a while, and that is what I think is so great about our staff :D
