What is the Livemap draw? When will 200 slots be open again?

    Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, I'm new. But I remember it used to be /200 but now it's /40 due to a livemap draw? What is that? And when will it be 200 again? Because it's impossible for me to get on.
