I'm willing to spend upwards of 8k on a permanent/high safe-guarantee plot or house. I will not join any town that allows Builders or is always being griefed. Towns with pre-made or [strict] building guidelines is preferred. Well-established towns are nice, but I don't want to be in a crowded town... I would like a new town that has plans of being well-established, is being worked on, has structure and plan, and looks nice. I'm picky, so if I don't buy your offer, well... >> I plan to sell my town, so I need and want a safe place to move my things. I want absolutely no fear of being evicted or having my things unlocked, at least not without something along the lines of a two-week notice via Forum PM.
My town TrigeCity doesn't allow new builders and the people are very nice, but a lot of people live there and there are no building rules. There are 4 mayors: Premine, ProducerNL, hexter89 and ShacoLePurp. It has a portal: Green carpet up portal number 6.
I would defiantly reccomend DJNukes town, Kebrok Hills. Dj is a very active member who is creating a medival based town. he has organized roads and a magnificant town hall and inn. His portal is in the Green Section, (May be blue, not sure.) stright ahead from where you enter. Only downside i that he does allow builders although there are few as few builders have enough to pay for a 5k plot (10 by 10).
I'll keep you all in mind. I'm looking to get as many offers/suggestions as possible before choosing anything.
I have a town that may work. It is Centurycity, I can pre-build a plot, all builders added must be on vent and pass a strict safety test. We have some building rules and the plots are not too cramped. I hope you like this. PM me in game if you want a tp to check the town out.
My town doesnt allow builders unless they pay 20k (they would have bought resident by through time) my town has no people for (yet important getting some)and there's nothing there yet abduction important planning it on creative (my server) and like 10 people said it was good. plus u can help since there's nothing there u can help and waste some time i am getting and10x10, 15x15 & 20x20 plots pls join if u want bigger ill make it the bye though u need to tp to me it doesn't have a portal yet
Im selling my house in Gemenon (outerlocal's town). Its very pretty, the house i own was built by outer, has three floors and can come furnished if you want with chests, furnaces, and other prettier bits. Asking way less that i paid for it, let me know if youd like more info!

My town is virtually empty except for public farms and random stuff I have made mob-spawning is on and to prevent or dissuade most builders the price for them is 500 more then the average price I can sell you any size plot you would like. Msg me and I will teleport you there, we share a portal with Melania and we are easy to access I hope you take this into consideration- Dragonephobe

The furniture can either stay or go, your choice. I'm asking 10k for it, which is almost half what I paid before I even furnished it. I'm currently creating a freebuild town with a nice lanscape and custom biomes. It will take alot of work so no way il add builder NOR residents. Its a town for pure mc lovers. If your interested i can add u u would bring great reputetion to the town. But, as i said, its farm from being finished :?
Even though I can't sell my town, I'm still looking for somewhere to make a nice house. Might buy houses in multiple places, but I don't know yet.
