Late payments:
If a weekly payment cannot be payed by when it is due, a 7.5k late fee will be placed on it (not a daily rate but can happen on every weekly payment)

If something happens and I know I will be unable to pay the rest of the amount or will be unable to pay for a set amount of time you will be contacted and an agreement will be made

@skymaster200 why would i need /back and prot 4 if im mining at y=11, only thing that can kill me is gravel/water and I have a macro in place to easily teleport out of those situations

i carry around a sword tho and wear non maxed armor which is more than good enough to fight mobs
