Hi All, I am looking for someone that has decent building skills to build me a town hall/portal room for my town. Some of my requests/ideas for the building: Has three floors. Upstairs with portal, ground floor with exits on all sides, and underground subway station(Subway is already complete just need the station built.) Has to be appealing to the eyes. I'm not looking for someone to build me a stone brick block house and just upcharge me for the work. I'm pretty open to any other design ideas. The town doesn't really have any theme so pretty much anything will go. The area that I'm putting this in really has nothing in it so there aren't any huge size constraints. Requirements: Submit an application below. Please provide pictures of your own work if possible. Be willing to take some of my ideas into your work. Budget: I am looking to spend no more than 10,000. I will provide all materials if you let me know what you need. Timeline: There is not a huge rush on getting this project done. I really don't need the building done until I have enough money for a portal. It is about a 20x20 area. The wall will be removed eventually, just haven't gotten around to it. This is my other town hall which has now turned into a subway station.
