I wanted to make a thread to see what the community would suggest changing the voting prizes to, if at all changing them. In my opinion, I think that the pork chops should stay. How ever, the 100 eco dollars should probably change to some thing a bit more useful for newer users. Im not saying free money is a bad thing, but handing out items instead might help newer users out(which could help get more votes). Like give out 3 iron ingots and the pork chops, for example. Thats enough iron to make a pick axe, which would be helpful to users who do not have repair or who are just a bit new to the server.
I agree that $100 isn't that helpful. You can make that much in the same time it takes to vote ... but several times over. I can something like 3 iron working well. You could even make several shovels, a hoe, or an axe with that. The amount in money those 3 ingots are worth is far less than $100, but can be much more useful and possibly encourage more voting.
I definitely think that it should be something more useful, but bear in mind $100 can buy you like 10 iron...
Res+ can earn 100$ in 3 min, but builers who just started can't earn that much money so fast and that is alot for them, they can buy at least 9 iron ingots for that money.
