I know I bought it, I have a receipt for a 1 x 10 Weekly Rare Key in my inbox on the day they were released, March 26th. So uh, not sure why it wasn't in my account. As for being able to use, I have access to all the kits but I only ever use what I know I've bought. I wasn't aware it had never been added to my account. Yes, it shows now.
