    Yes, you can. Just click "Debit Card" on the Paypal page. I have personally done this before myself, and it works perfectly.

    also @JamieSinn and @mista_J on my mastercard (didnt have any more visa) it says your card is now active so start using it today. but under it says register your card before you make online purchase. what should i do? it says go to www.mygiftcardsite.com
