Thanks you for filing this @FLAM1NGDEER I have been doing a little digging and looking at all the evidence and need a few things from both parties. @FLAM1NGDEER Can you provide me with any evidence that states @xpurexcorex cannot remove you from the town as owner. I looked through the contract and nowhere does it state he cannot remove you as town owner, only you cannot remove anyone else. @xpurexcorex @AdmiralD @StealH_Buttercup Can you provide me with any eviction notice. Even though he might have been allowed to be removed as a Owner, you would still have to file a eviction thread here before removing him completely. @Mission001 - xpure added me as co-owner when he decided to be inactive. I have not added or removed anyone from the town. We have plans for the town but have just not had the time to make the project happen due to inactivity. I would be more than willing to add flam back as a member if needed.
@FLAM1NGDEER Would you be willing to work something out with @AdmiralD , as im sure Flam doesn't want to not be apart of his town just as a member?
@Mission001 and @FLAM1NGDEER - I look forward to a pm from flam as to what he would like to do. I also did want to say that I believe @xpurexcorex did give notice to everyone that last week he was active, but that is for him to discuss.

I mailed @AdmiralD ingame @Mission001 , Which it said i want to be made co mayor again but will not touch anything except my vault/safe and will continue to receive 35% profits.
@FLAM1NGDEER - I read your mail and I hope you understand I do not feel comfortable adding you as co-mayor and agreeing to the 35% as I feel that really should be @xpurexcorex since I was not involved at all in that situation. I do know that the last time pure and I discussed this, we had started to plan out building many casino buildings/hotels, shops, and an amusement park area (like Las Vegas) so there would be no plot sales. It was only going to be rental income. If @Mission001 feels that I should do this, of course I would but I would like it documented so that there is no issue between pure and myself as I am not sure why you were removed as co-mayor.
Well @AdmiralD and @Mission001 i should be entitled to 35% of all profits no matter what that was the contract.
@FLAM1NGDEER The contract does state you have the right to 35%, But the contract also states that you dont have to be a owner in this town. @AdmiralD has been veyr forthcoming with this so I would advice coming to some middle ground here so both parties are happy? How much would you be prepared to give @AdmiralD between 0-35? or would you guys like to come up with a new agreement that can be contracted down?
Personally I would prefer to add @FLAM1NGDEER back as a member so he has access to his vault. I feel co-mayor and percentages should be decided by @xpurexcorex if possible since it is his original contract. If he does not respond in a reasonable time (maybe 24 hours?), I will make the decision to contract with @FLAM1NGDEER if that is something the server rules would allow. Is 24 hours acceptable @Mission001 ? After that time I am sure that Flam and I can come to an agreement as long as it is per server rules I feel that pure will accept my decision.

I am sorry for my major inactivity. I will add him as an owner, but I wish to keep me, @xpurexcorex , and @AdmiralD as owners and will never be removed. Also he must abide by the contract as the contract stated, Also including nothing be touched but his vault unless he asks me for permission.
