Hello @edrandom, Thank you for filing this complaint. Firstly, I would like to remind you that you need to be taking timestamped screenshots (and also not cropping images) in regards to evidence of loan agreements etc. Including the date & time in agreements isn't enough for staff to enforce these if it ever comes down to filing a complaint. I'm sure you are already aware of this but you can find more information on collecting proper evidence here. I have checked with a CO about this conversation/loan agreement and I can confirm the information provided all checks out. Furthermore, @Yellowswolemanz, do you have any evidence of any payments made in regards to this loan you agreed to? If not, could we try and figure out a payment plan to get this paid off?
