Felon Username: thenorgamingComplaint: I (punchwood456) and thenorgaming had a 50/50 on a melon sword, we each paid for 50% of the full price for the item. I hadn't been on ECC in a couple of weeks due to exams and a small holiday, so one day I decided to go back on for a short while and farm some more melons, however when I logged on I had a mail from thenorgaming which read along the lines, "sold the sword for an eff 7" (because i'm stupid I deleted the mail without taking a screenshot) I then immediately checked if he was online, he was not, i sent him numerous mails asking why he had sold the sword and where my money was. I got no reply. I have waited for a reply for 13 days now and I have had nothing. I even resulted in attempting to Skype him several time in the past couple of days, again no reply. Literally nothing. This might help, the sword was called "make it rain" - I am 90% certain that was the swords name. As I suspect there may be irrelevant posts here, I will try to say this before anything is posted. Any irrelevant posts that provide no evidence to this complaint, shall be deleted and will receive a forum warning, especially if they were posted with malicious intent. The only comments I wish to see after this one should only come from thenorgaming explaining himself, punchwood456 adding additional evidence, any other moderator or a user that has something to add to the case. @TheNorGaming Please provide proof that this sword is still available for both of you to use within 24h of this post. @punchwood456 Can you provide proof that you paid your half for this sword?
The "GamingFoxYT" said I will have to pay the rest later, I did pay the rest later, just stating that in case it caused a problem.
this is the only actual screenshot I have of paying the person who sold us the sword some of the money I owed him. I will stress again I sent him the full sum I owed to him, he is online often and I will try and get a screenshot of him confirming I sent him the full amount if that is necessary.
Because @TheNorGaming has not replied at all to this complaint I will be banning this user for breach of contract. User banned
